I very often
see anti reservation articles, notes and comments in facebook and other sites.
I know some of them. Undoubtedly, these persons who are writing powerful lines with full of emotion
are effective to some extent but my point is that can we take back our country to
the year 1990 ? Suppose, by our efforts we will take back to that year when the
anti reservation movement was in full swing and the Delhi University commerce
student Rajiv Goswami set himself on fire, what will happen? On that day also
the movement achieved nothing, absolutely nothing. Rajiv Goswami succumbed to
the severe injury and died 9 years back i.e in 2004 at the age of 33. The Mandal Commission report was implemented

practically view the matter in an opposite way. To be very frank, if we cherish
such anti reservation ideas and genuinely feel that it weakens our country,
then the 1st step is not anti reservation thoughts rather to remove
the persons who are in Govt service by fake caste certificates. The Reserve
category will not oppose, rather we will get support from that quarter. The
general caste candidate who has got his service by no means has done a good
job. He has cheated the Govt, deprived one genuine SC/ST/OBC candidate and
deserve to be removed from the Govt Service. Once we will be able to remove one
or two persons, then it will stir a movement. It will be peaceful, not against
Govt, not against Reserved category persons and only against one individual and
his family member of course.
Recently
the decision of Supreme Court has also adversely affected the life of Manyata
Dutt, the wife of Film Actor Sanjay Dutt and their two small loving children
but the Apex Court does not view that way and it 100% correct. The Court goes
by sheer proof. One has been found guilty of keeping & destroying arms in
an illegal way.
Similarly, here also
a case of hundreds & hundreds and may be thousands have got their service
on the basis of fake caste certificates. In Maharastra & Rajasthan, it is rampart. Once this removal of fake cndiadtes is possible, we will achieve a
status and whatever words will come out from mouth, from our pen will carry a
meaning, otherwise in our country, a common man has no voice, no importance.
He/she is just like an insect. In my view, from the transition of life of an
insect to a respectable persons whose words will be heard by several persons,
the way is through removing
the fake SC/ST candidates from Service. They are not genuine SC/ST candidates
and the Constitution, the Govt, the Mandal Commission has not guaranteed their
service. They are also not genuine General Candidates as they have got their
service by fraudulent means. I have never heard that any society, any Govt, any
country supports frauds, illegal persons and illegal activities at cost of
genuine persons and by violating the set principles of law & procedure.
And finally,
I will upload the burning picture of self immolation of late Goswami who is
dead and most probably his wife Arti Goswami could not bear the dead of her
husband and She is also dead. Their orphan children are living. At the time of dead
of their heroic father, one is 1 year old not aware about what is death and
another was his senior. Human life is precious and every moment should be utilized
in an effective way. So far the issue of Reservation policy is concerned my
clear cut on this matter is that anger and hate against SC/ST/OBC will never
help us and it will simply divide the Society rather the practical and possible
way is removal of fake SC/ST/OBC candidates working in Govt Departments. Once, we
do this it will be a good step and a good step brings more good steps. I hope
for progress and that too with peace. Obviously, we have to be hard about individual
persons against whom action will be taken.
