It has been learnt that the owner of M/s
Chetan Industries, Raipur, Chhattisgarh is the same relative of Minister Sri
Pawan Bansal, Rly Minister. It has also been learnt that Central Excise Govt
Arrears pending against the party could not be realized in March, 2013 due to telephonic
interference of the said Minister. The fact is that Bhanje is running a unit, manufacturing excisable products, has
not paid Central Excise Duty and Mamaji
is making call to pressurize the Govt Authority & directing not to proceed
for recovery of Arrears of Duty. It is a very sad state of Affairs that the
Central Excise team which proceeded to recover the arrears against the party
has to return back 4m the midway.
Even the British who came from distant land
were more judicious in their approach while ruling India. Yesterday, the
Supreme Court has taken an adverse stand against the CBI for their involvement
in changing the tone of the Coal scam Report. The question is when the precious
value of justice, equality and fraternity incorporated in the Constitution of
India will be implemented? Sometimes, I feel that India is not yet free. Only
the Rulers have been changed. Instead of Whites, a group of Blacks are running
our Country.
Therefore the “Right Thinking Indians
Association” is asking about the owner of the said Factory, the amount of
arrears and the copy of correspondences showing the efforts made for recovery
