The 14 working days have already been passed according to my 22nd dated e-mail and still not hear from your company side other than monetary compensation to get finally resolve this problem which I have faced during this tenure. 

Now I am left with no choice to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

As per your recent mail on the immediate resolution, I am allowing the LivePure Technician to visit the registered address at 3 PM on Sunday 1st Dec'19 just because of the written statement which you have recently issued to me.

But still, I am not satisfied with the malpractice due to negligence from your company side which remains to get close toward this case......

So, I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible other than monetary compensation to get finally resolve this problem which I have faced during this tenure. You and your company are having less than 24 Hrs to revert me on the same to achieve my ultimate satisfaction of taking such a product from your company's outlet was worthy. 

Meanwhile, the 6 working days have already been passed according to my 22nd dated e-mail so you can understand "WHERE IS THE ACTUAL LACKING" by the way ........ or else I left with no choice to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

I wish to complain about Livpure touch2000+ with the serial number A41W24D1020475 that I purchased on 5th Aug'2018 from your Region: Chandigarh-04 branch with the transaction invoice of SLA080050084855.

I am complaining because of the poor services which I am facing due to buying the product from the outlet where it was been officially clear that after buying this product I will receive 1 year from Livpure + 1 year from Croma any third party agency the extended warranty ( Including the AMC for FOC bases).  

As I have bought the product on 5th of Aug'18 where 1-year warranty process has been taking care by Livpure support team on the said tenure of first servicing on month Oct'18 or Nov'18 they have changed the RO filter without any cost than in the month of Mar'19 they came and change the filter and candle, where for candle they have charge 225 INR only with my approval to do it. The last visit was in the month of June'19 or July'19 where just a general checkup was done. In nutshell, In a year they have changed 2 times Filter of the RO product.

Now from 5th Aug'19, it was the second year where my RO product extended warranty comes into existence which was the only true reason for me to buy this extra budgeted product RO in that particular movement wherein the store more recognizing brands RO with lesser price range was available with according to my perfect pocket size. Therefore, I choose the so-called "Most Advanced RO Water Purifier With Touch Technology" which even marketed by one of the esteemed individual's of the nation......

Okay, Just I was bit angry where I was ......Yes, So I give the call to the Croma Customer Care HelpLine No. to avail and understand my extended warranty thing. then they just communicated with a number it was +91 9920599206 where according to Croma Care I have to call IVR and just dial 9 to tell details about of the product and with an ease of registration number understanding they will do the further processing at their end to avail the Extended-Warranty. This said communication has been made with Croma Care before 5th of Aug'19 as per product purchase date which I really get forgot during this period of time being. It was the Livpure Service Team person who called-up me regularly interval of weekly bases to renew the AMC services which I always denied telling him I am having an extended warranty services for this product from Croma third-party service provider which Livpure concern person always deny and told me RO company's only offer 1 year AMC on after purchase date then the customer has to renew this in the second year there are no other service provider or such services which Croma Care is telling you on this product/company's RO.  

To resolve this problem I then start calling the third-party service provider named "Onsite" from 19th Nov'19 where really I feel very happy to know about my extended ( some multiple time visits free on the product price of 14,875/- INR) warranty services call thing and the single AMC benefit during till 5th Aug'20. I was really glad to get such detail in the single call only and book the services according to the trail mail detail. But my happiness relates for such services was short-lived until I get the call from onsite care team where they tell me your servicing address not come into their so-called wide range provider/territory. So I ask them what then...........and frankly saying the suggestion and the solution was so pathetic which seriously it drives me insane! 

Still, I am thoughtless about their "Customer Servicing Part National Level" but anyhow I have to explain this to your third party servicing understanding.......where they want me to call Livpure Service person or they will line-up them already a service request of HAWK RO SYSTEM (JS-19112105455968) been registered for my RO and then ...... tell them to come to my home and see whether they come and check the RO and then give me an estimate on their receipt about the AMC cost, which I again call or put email to them with the onsite team approval...and then they approved it then only either.............. I have to pay or what to reimbursed in my account............which I am going to......I hardly remember such nonsense at the time because I supposed to be treated as an employee of this services team, not as an end-user customer who buy the product from his hardcore earn money and the part of the service. 

My question is simple to your esteemed organization if you think this is right then only comment on this.. ........why a customer will bear the pain of such things where he is taking a product or its services on behalf of brand commitments and value. This is a pure customer care question will wait for your revert on this...... or your company forget the basic thing that "A CUSTOMER IS KING".         

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted and attended onsite care & live pure care team calls and clear them that I am not going to bear such nonsense act of both parties and clearly instructed both of the teams that I will only address the same issue to End Seller which is Croma company. Now the ball is in your court to decide what will be the next step from your side internally because I am clear from my side that such inappropriate services behaviour will not be tolerated from my side and now in second thought I am planning to approach consumer forcroma rum in this regard for the monetary compensation for taking such product from your store which recently feels me compunction state.     

At this very movement, I am really wasting my time in writing such poor services incident emails to your company and if nothing could be done about this problem. I believe that this response is unfair because of a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 7 working days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
