SBI is above scrutiny

We have sought information about Recovery Agents of SBI, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The CPIO denied information. The 1st Appellate Authority denied on the ground that the payment made to them is of commercial importance. The Information Commissioner of CIC, New Delhi has supported the SBI authority in denying such information. The conclusion derived seems  that SBI money is not public money, the Bank can disburse any amount at his discretion and is at liberty to recover and not to recover and still can escape public scrutiny. The CIC judge is sitting in Delhi to support the evil design of the SBI. This is the true state of affairs of our Country. Out of 121 crore of people, at least 21 should should think what is happening, what happening & how to stop what is happening--------
