Revenue from Restaurant & Bar of Chhattisgarh

State Excise Department issues bar licenses to run a Bar. So far our knowledge goes, Rs 1.50 lakhs is the State Govt fees for running this business in nearby a swimming pool i.e if liquor is served nearby a swimming pool, then the person/origination who wants to run this category of bar has to deposit Rs 1.5 lakhs. In other cases, i.e in Restaurants, the fees is Rs 18.5 lakhs. We are confirming this figures of Govt fees from public information officer of State Excise Department of Chhattisgarh. The Draft RTI Application is uploaded for public viewing. After receipt of information under the RTI Act, the loss of Revenue caused by issue of wrong liquor permit will be uploaded in the site "rtia.in", the official site of "Right Thinking Indians Association" Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Another RTI application is also being sent to CPIO of the Central Excise Raipur Commissionerate to know the name of Air conditioned Bars who had obtained Service Tax Registration in this category of and the Revenue collected from Service Tax Assesses from Air conditioned Bars of the State of Chhattisgarh w.e.f dtd 1.5.2011

This shifting was made due to the poor workshop & Customer services provided by ABC Motors (i.e Authorise dealer, Showroom & workshop station of 123 Ltd. company) on Date, bearing estimated number ________________________.  I regret to inform that I was highly disappointed by the service & responses to get rectify the claim procedure provided by this reputed company showroom & their workshop employees.

SBI is above scrutiny

We have sought information about Recovery Agents of SBI, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The CPIO denied information. The 1st Appellate Authority denied on the ground that the payment made to them is of commercial importance. The Information Commissioner of CIC, New Delhi has supported the SBI authority in denying such information. The conclusion derived seems  that SBI money is not public money, the Bank can disburse any amount at his discretion and is at liberty to recover and not to recover and still can escape public scrutiny. The CIC judge is sitting in Delhi to support the evil design of the SBI. This is the true state of affairs of our Country. Out of 121 crore of people, at least 21 should should think what is happening, what happening & how to stop what is happening--------

First Appeal against OPSC

We have filed a 1st Appeal against the wrong decision of CPIO, OPSC, Cuttack. Odisha. The CPIO has rejected RTI Application on the ground that RTI Application has not been written in the prescribed format. I have gone through the entire provision of the RTI Act, 2005 and do not find any such provision. The second point advanced the CPIO is that identity proof has not been given by the RTI Applicant. There is no such provision in the said Act to give identity. When an Applicant is giving his name & address which is within the territory of India, it is simply foolishness to ask such frivolous question. The tragedy is that such person has worked hard and lucky enough to hold key posts in administering the country. And we, the poor citizen of India has to apply & apply and it seems there is no end to it. So, something is to be done-------

violation of RTI Act, 2005

The Odisha Public Service Commission has conducted a DPC but not given posting the post of professor post to a person for which We "Right Thinking Indians Association, Raipur, Chhattisgarh" has filed an RTI Application. The CPIO has denied the information under the ground that the Application is not in the prescribed format & the identity of the RTI Applicant has not been given. The RTI response letter is uploaded for public viewing.

Can anybody imagine that an Act which has been prescribed for knowledge & information of the public & for smooth functioning of our Democracy is being flouted in a blatant manner every day & every office daily. The most tragedy is that  the officers who are speaking against RTI Act is thinking that they are doing a very good job for the Government.

SBI defaulters

I am uploading a paper cutting of Hindi daily "Dainik Bhaskar" dtd 1st March, 2013. Among several news, there is one notice pertaining to defaulters of SBI. The Defaulter is Mr Navin Agarwal & his wife Mrs Mamta Agarwal. The loan amount is 4.57 Crores. The SBI gas gone to the extent of calculating the exact paise in the case. The total amount mentioned in the Notice is Rs 4,57, 23,340.43.
The SBI starts its recovery proceedings by publishing the landed properties of the defaulter. Amongst the list of properties, the 1st one  mentioned is property of CSIDC, Area is 6.91 acre and is given on lease by CSIDC. The full form is Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation.
The question is can Bank acquire the leased property of CSIDC which is exclusively developed as an area for Industrial development.  Perhaps not. It has been simply mentioned in the Notice to cover up the matter. The defaulter might have fled long back or running another business in the same state and everything is in the knowledge of the Bank.

The main question is who is the real looser? The defaulter Agarwal who is more powerful 10,000 ordinary persons, the Bank who has given loan or the Govt? It is the ultimate public who suffers indirectly the direct misdeeds of defaulter, the greedy, corrupt & negligent Bank officers and other supervising Agencies like CBI. I know personally from one case as to how CBI had dealt with the Builder "Chandela Construction of Agroha Society, Ring Road, Raipur". The Govt Agencies who are supposed to watch & take action against these economic criminals are advising the enemies of the country in very soothing language. This is the tragedy of the nation and "Right Thinking Indians Association, Raipur, Chhattisgarh" wants to stop it. If Anna Hazare, Kejriwal saheb, Kiran Bedi & Baba Ramdev can not find solution, the common man should think & act------------.
