Draft short Note on the 1st project of "Right Thinking Association" Raipur, Chhattisgarh prepared with a view to coming State Assembly Election. The purpose is to strengthen Democracy by involving larger participation of public in the voting process and creating an atmosphere where good leaders prevail over bad ones.
