   I.            The “Right Thinking Indians Association, Chhattisgarh”  has observed that one Restaurant named as M/s Jalaram Sweets & snacks, Bhilai-3 , Chhattisgarh is doing excellent business but does its business without issuing cash memos / Receipts of money in their Counter. Obviously, it is an indication that the same party is not paying Income Tax correctly. Therefore,  an  RTI Application has been filed with Chief Income Tax Commissioner, Raipur for supply of Income Tax Return by the said Party. We want all the Income Tax Returns filed by the Party from the starting of their business in Bhilai-3, Bhilai of District-Durg.
